We have a suitable opportunity in the Dermatological division for the position of Senior Manager – Social Media & Advocacy. In this role, you will be responsible to handle consumer engagement and connection to the consumers through external stakeholder– i.e. media and influencer through social and online channels. You will be responsible for developing content through influencers/expert influencers like dermatologists or HCPs and providing this content and assets to the customer teams. You should know the content, channels and communities which resonate most strongly with the brands consumers. A significant part of this role is to own the relationships with influencers and media. The location of the job will be Mumbai – HO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enthusing external stakeholders (influencers primarily along with journalists) about the brand and brand extensions
- Creating a squad/tribe of influencers for the brand through relationship
- Identifying top expert influencers (Dermatologists and HCPs) across spectrum of tiers & working directly with them:
- Owning the relationships with them on periodical basis
- Allocation and execution of budget for expert influencer marketing
- Reporting on monthly buzz analytics
- Sending out PR and blogger send-outs and creative mailers
- Identifying new influencers across spectrum of tiers & working in collaboration with agency for influencers:
- Owning the relationships with key influencers directly
- Allocation and execution of budget for influencer marketing
- Reporting on monthly buzz analytics
- Creating PR hampers aligned to campaigns and sending out PR and blogger send-outs and creative mailers
- Build, activate and optimize the localization, rollout and run of the digital platforms as to improve the brand image and an immersive experience for the consumer on the different touchpoints for more business impact
- Managing content across all touchpoints
- Capturing, selecting and approving user generated content to be shared/published by L'Oréal and ensuring a harmonious tone of voice across the brand
- Creating organic campaign posts
- Developing understanding of consumers and Shoppers through social engagement, media & analytics
- Direct the development and execution of the L’Oréal editorial calendar (influencer and PR) to up weight brand engagement and influence positive branded social discussions
- Own relationship with Global Communications and Influencer DMI teams
- Lead and manage external event and production agencies
- Own all PR & Media relationships
- Develop topline strategy for Influencer Marketing and own relationship with all influencers
- Building and executing the annual PR plan leading to consumer recruitment and loyalty through influencer marketing and editorial content and partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for further maximizing social reach and propose roll-out for the division

Experience & Education:
- At least 3 – 4 years of experience in managing advocacy of the brand and working with influencers. Overall experience of 6+ years in brand management is required.
- Should have done an MBA / Masters in Marketing
