The candidate will work transversally across Skincare, Makeup and Hair categories clinical and instrumental applications and studies. He or she requires close collaboration with multiple internal teams and external partners to build method and device innovation plans and deliver with applicable novel method and device to the team.

Key job responsibilities: 

• Develop and validate new clinical methodologies and technologies such as Neuro-relating sensor, odor sensor and remote device, to support forward-looking product claims/demo and the company's long-term business ambitions

• Develop new algorithms or upgrade existing algorithms for image/data analysis to create visualization on product performance 

•Build up roadmaps on novel device/methods development, algorithms maintenance, transform and upgrade

Other responsibilities: 

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Formulation, Regulatory, Marketing) and external partners (e.g., academic institutions, device makers) 

• Conduct clinical data review, analysis, interpretation, and reporting to professionally communicate study findings for internal decision-making and external communications.

Requirements:

• Master or PhD in Computation science, Physics, Biology, Pharmacology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years’ experience in neuroscience device companies, medical device companies or fresh Post-doctoral university fellow works on neuro related devices

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.

• Strong background in programming, and automation development.

• Strong problem-solving skills and innovative mindset.

• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Hands-on experience in personal care/cosmetics or related clinical fields, with a thorough understanding of the clinical study process will be a big plus
