Salon Development Specialist/Educator (m/f)

YOUR ROLE:
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be a part of our Professional Products Division and be a driving force in the future of beauty industry. Position of Salon Development Specialist requires motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for:
- Contributing to growth improvement in our products, especially the coloring sell out in line with brand strategy.
- Impersonating and transmitting the values of the brand to the distribution.
- Working in the field in Serbia.
- Developing creativity among clients and their teams, linked to the new products.
- Implementing global or customized training programs for each store and/or staff members.
- Communicating successfully with other departments (Sales, Marketing, etc.).
- Making qualitative feedback on our products sell-out.
- Analyzing the competition and reporting information.
- Communicating daily with clients and following up.

- Has 2 to 5 years of experience in similar fields
- Is an excellent hairdresser with strong technical knowledge
- Has great communicational and collaboration skills
- Is curious and initiative driven
- Has good organizational skills
- Works with responsibility and autonomy
- Has basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Has a driving license
- Is fluent in English and Serbian language
