What You Will Learn:

The Sales Support Representative is a role focused on facilitating the growth of an assigned group of territories by enhancing sales processes effectiveness and efficiency.   The position will assist the sales activities interfacing with customers and support the overall sales effectiveness within their territories.  This person will provide the highest level of responsiveness and follow through while maintaining a positive attitude in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide excellent service experience and be a liaison to our customers and their territory assigned ABMs.
  • Work as a primary point of contact for territory assigned ABMs and customers during their time out of territory. Support ABMs in assigned territory with customer training including product education & Practice Connect and help equip accounts with the appropriate tools to inform patients of products, efficacy and clinical data.
  • Provide coverage of accounts that are either dormant or “white space” accounts as directed by manager or territory assigned ABMs.
  • Provide customer support including administrative support and customer onboarding (form completion – credit card, tax form, APP signature, terms form etc. when requested).

 

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree preferred.
  • 3-4 years of corporate business or related job experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Google’s G-Suite and/or Microsoft’s Office products.  
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in heavy workload environment.
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • Persuasive, and diplomatic.  
  • Strong team-building skills.  
  • Ability to work with multiple authority figures.
  • Self-motivated, analytical and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conducts self in an ethical and professional manner.
  • Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors that are consistent with skinbetter science policies, procedures and ethos.  

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aesthetic Industry experience

Salary Range: 60k – 65k plus potential for bonus (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
