As a Revenue Growth Analyst Graduate Trainee, you will: 

• Analyze Competitor & Internal Data: Use L'Oréal's tools to understand competitor pricing/promotions, market trends, sales performance, price elasticity, and promotional effectiveness for data-driven decisions.
• Define Pricing/Promotional Corridors: Help define optimal promotional activity levels based on your data analysis, considering costs, margins, and competitor strategies.
• Monitor, Adjust, and Optimize: Continuously monitor market conditions and internal performance, helping to build strategies as needed to remain competitive and achieve objectives.
• Guide Countries with Data: Help provide regular market updates, training, customized recommendations, and best practice sharing to empower data-driven decision-making in each market.

You will need:

• Comfortable in Excel and Powerpoint
• Good communication skills
