Job Summary

 As a Giorgio Armani Beauty Advisor, you will be the ultimate ambassador of the brand’s signature sophistication and timeless elegance. You will deliver an elevated client experience that reflects the precision, luxury, and "glow" for which Armani is world-renowned. By providing expert consultations—particularly in our iconic foundations and Fragrance collections—you will cultivate meaningful relationships, provide bespoke recommendations, and ensure every client leaves feeling their most confident and radiant self.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Experience Elevation: Deliver a high-touch, sophisticated consultation service that builds long-term loyalty and reflects the brand’s "Acqua-philosophy" and elegance.
  • Sales Performance & Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by effectively storytelling the Armani heritage and demonstrating product efficacy.
  • Armani Beauty Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of iconic products (such as Luminous Silk and Si), staying current on the latest runway-inspired trends and advanced application techniques.
  • Visual Merchandising & Brand Representation: Ensure the counter remains a pristine reflection of the Armani aesthetic—minimalist, luxurious, and perfectly organized.
  • Operational Excellence & Collaboration: Adhere to all company policies regarding inventory management, CRM data entry, and professional grooming standards.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Build a personal client book through proactive follow-ups and personalized invitations to new launches, ensuring a seamless journey from the counter to home.

Qualifications

  • Level, SPM, or equivalent; a certification in Makeup Artistry or Cosmetology is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in a luxury retail environment, with a strong track record in high-end beauty or fragrance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a poised, professional demeanor suitable for a prestige luxury brand.
  • A deep passion for skin-perfecting makeup and artisanal fragrances, with an eye for subtle, sophisticated beauty trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to work toward KPIs and sales goals while maintaining a "service-first" mindset.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Alignment with the Giorgio Armani brand image: sophisticated, timeless, and understated luxury.
