Hello, we’re L’Oréal.
We're not just building brands; we're shaping how the world experiences beauty (and it takes a lot of cool jobs to do it). Intrigued? Keep reading—this might be the opportunity you’ve been searching for.

A Day in the Life
As the Training & Education Manager for the SAPMENA region, you’ll report directly to the Indie Brands General Manager and play a pivotal role in elevating the artistry and expertise of our makeup artists. Working with a diverse and international team, you’ll act as a coach and mentor to ensure our makeup artists transition to Certified Makeup Artists (CMUA) and achieve 100% CMUA coverage across distribution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Upskilling & Coaching: Design and deliver training programs to upskill makeup artists to CMUA level, ensuring excellence in artistry and service.
  • Content Creation & Localization: Collaborate with DMI to cascade education content and develop tailored training materials and social content for each market.
  • Masterclasses & Eventing: Lead masterclasses and provide social content training to elevate online and offline eventing across the region.
  • Market Support: Connect with each market quarterly to provide training support and ensure alignment with brand and regional goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with DMI and local teams to ensure education content is impactful and relevant to market-specific needs.

We Are Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Excel in Training Design & Delivery and have a knack for coaching and mentoring.
  • Are skilled in Content Creation and can adapt materials to diverse markets.
  • Have strong Stakeholder Management skills to collaborate with DMI and local teams.
  • Are proficient in Digital & Social Media Expertise to elevate O+O eventing.
  • Embrace Cross-Cultural Collaboration and enjoy working with international teams.

What’s In It For You

  • A place for you to leave your comfort zone and grow beyond your potential (here, you’ll be encouraged to try new things and take risks!)
  • Real responsibility from day 1—there’s no sitting on the sidelines at L’Oréal.
  • An environment where people of every ethnicity, social background, age, religion, gender, and sexual orientation—as well as people with disabilities—are accepted, can speak up, will thrive, and are celebrated!
  • A place where you can contribute to something bigger! Many of our brands have societal/environmental causes to make a concrete difference.
