A Day in the Life
As our Regional Supply Chain Performance Manager for SAPMENA, you will be the catalyst for data-driven excellence across our supply chain. Reporting to senior supply chain leadership, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, enabling strategic decisions and driving performance improvements across the entire region. This is a highly visible role where your analytical expertise and storytelling ability will shape the narrative of our supply chain performance for senior leadership.
You will be responsible for:
Data Consolidation & Analytics
Collect, validate, and harmonize data from multiple country teams across the region and ensuring high standards of data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness.
Leverage the relevant dashboards to track and analyze key supply chain performance such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory health, overdue, and supply chain cost.
Performance Management
- Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews by consolidating KPI reports and deriving actionable insights.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality reports and executive summaries for regional and global senior management.
- Engage with country teams to analyze root causes, obtain explanations, and drive improvement actions on top KPIs
- Identify best practices and performance gaps, ensuring consistent regional follow-up.
Dashboarding & Visualization
- Enhance Power BI and Excel dashboards to present E2E supply chain performance.
- Use automation tools (Power Automate, AI-based Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to streamline reporting and enhance visualization impact.
- Create PowerPoint decks for senior leadership which transforms complex data into simple, insightful, and story-driven visuals.
Business Partnering & Communication
- Build strong relationships with country supply chain, finance, and planning teams.
- Partner effectively across functions to ensure alignment and transparency on KPI definitions and results.
- Serve as a key interface between country operations and the regional leadership team.
Continuous Improvement & Digital Enablement
- Proactively introduce new tools, automation, and AI-based approaches to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
- Simplify and digitize existing manual processes to support transformation and agility.
- Contribute to ongoing projects related to data governance, digital analytics, and supply chain performance excellence.
We Are Looking For

- A solid foundation in supply chain analytics or performance management, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Power BI and Excel, with expert-level skills in creating executive-level presentations in PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) and AI-based applications for enhancing reporting and data analysis.
- A deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory health) and their interdependencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and functions.
