A Day in the Life

As a Record to Report Coordinator in our LATAM Finance Shared Services team, you will be at the heart of our financial data integrity. You'll serve as a key accounting contact for a group of countries, ensuring that all financial records are accurate, compliant, and reported on time. This role is critical for guaranteeing our accounting closures adhere to L'Oréal's global standards and deadlines.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage General Ledger Accounting: Review and post journal entries related to HR, inventory, and commercial provisions, and handle payroll entries to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure Compliance & Control: Uphold our internal control framework, prepare reports for audits, and coordinate with auditors to resolve inquiries.
  • Drive Financial Reporting: Prepare account reconciliations, manage balance sheet reports, and submit consolidation reports, including quarterly KPIs and annual tax filings.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Act as a key point of contact for assigned countries, liaise with local finance teams and other departments to ensure seamless service and communication.


We Are Looking For

We are searching for a detail-oriented and analytical accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic, regional environment. You have a deep understanding of financial principles and are skilled at managing complex reporting processes. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A strong foundation in accounting principles, with a deep knowledge of IFRS.
  • Proven experience working with SAP financial modules (GL, AP) and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in a regional or international Shared Services Center, ideally within the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • The ability to manage deadlines, own key performance indicators, and ensure the quality of financial data.
  • If you have experience with Argentina is a plus
