A Day in the Life

As a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analyst for our Consumer Products Division in Melbourne, you will be a key partner in driving profitable growth. • Optimise Product Mix: Analyse our assortment to identify opportunities for growth, recommend changes to our portfolio, and support channel strategy to ensure we are meeting consumer needs effectively.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with Category Managers, Marketing, and Sales teams to embed RGM principles and provide data-driven insights that inform key business decisions.

  • Strategic Thinking: You enjoy developing long-term growth plans and thinking critically about how to optimise pricing, promotions, and product mix.
  • Collaborative Spirit: You are a strong communicator, able to partner effectively with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, and finance.
