A Day in the Life

Ready to make an impact? Our High Flyer Internship is a 6-month program in Jakarta where you'll dive into the world of Public Affairs. You’ll be the pilot navigating projects that shape our reputation and drive meaningful change. You won't just be watching from the sidelines; you'll be at the heart of the action.

• Shape Public Perception: You will support the development of communication strategies that build and protect L’Oréal's corporate image.
• Engage with Purpose: You will assist in managing relationships with key stakeholders, helping to tell our story of purpose and societal commitment.
• Monitor and Analyze: You will keep a pulse on the public and regulatory landscape, providing insights that inform our strategy.
• Drive Impactful Projects: You will contribute to corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives that make a real difference.

• Currently in your final year of university studies.
• Public Affairs Expertise: An understanding of how to navigate the public landscape and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Communication & Storytelling: The ability to craft clear and compelling narratives for different audiences.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and contribute to complex projects effectively.
• Analytical Thinking: The skill to analyze information, identify key issues, and connect the dots.
• Collaboration: A natural ability to work with others and build productive relationships.
