What will you do? 

As a Performance & Search Manager under the CDMO Team, you are the leader of biddable media and will be responsible for championing performance and data-led digital media strategy and execution to deliver media activations that drive business results, with particular emphasis on e-commerce and search, for the Divisions that you will handle. You will play a pivotal role in driving e-commerce media and search excellence in execution. You will also partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to drive new media initiatives, new buyer acquisition, retention and growth, and further Create Beauty that Moves the World. You are expected to manage the following:

  • Lead in integrated media strategy for all offsite and onsite biddable media solutions
  • Take ownership of digital media budgeting allocation, working closely with E-com, Brand, & Division teams in ensuring media budget sufficiency and effective traffic plan to drive brand-driven e-com sales
  • Custodian of e-com media performance to drive business impact including setting clear media objectives, optimizations and KPIs
  • Leads in crafting ecomm media and search learning agenda, test and learns and be in the lookout for innovation opportunities for the Brand & Division
  • Drive search strategy and keyword planning, following Brand & Division frame & priorities, to ensure integration of multiple touchpoints
  • Build, govern and ensure adoption of e-commerce media planning, execution and optimization framework cascaded by Zone / Corporate
  • Drive and provide support to build key enablers of measuring and monitoring division’s activities and KPIs
  • Develop consumer understanding through consumer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase, and work with Brand OBMs to develop personalized communications to improve CR
  • Creation of audience strategy for the Brand & Division
  • Analyze campaign performance and ensure activation of the right media touchpoints, tracking and drawing conclusions from specific media/e-commerce KPIs (GMV Achievement, CIR%, ROAS, Media GMV contribution, conversion rate, unique visitors, pageviews, etc.)
  • Work with agency, e-commerce, & brand teams to constantly A/B test assets on key levers to drive better CTR and CR
  • Support CDMO Head of Media in cultivating and incubating inter-agency and marketing solutions partners’ relationship to deliver more sustainable and growth driven outcomes
  • Bring in new media revenue streams/ new ways into commerce
  • Building constant learning and guidelines, and translate any zone guidelines for local implementations

Who are we looking for?

  • 7+ years’ experience in digital and performance media planning
  • Prior experience working in media agency or client side to drive online business will be preferable
  • Strong knowledge of digital media ecosystem, ad tech, biddable media, programmatic buying, audience data acquisition/segmentation
  • Familiarity with new AI- optimization solutions: Performance Max, GMV MAX
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing, short video and livestream boosting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Experience handling Lazada/Shopee/TikTok marketing solutions is advantageous
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders by understanding the needs of different functions from their perspectives
