We are looking for a results-driven Online Activation Manager to join our CDMO Department. This role is crucial for enhancing our online visibility, driving organic traffic, and managing our digital presence, with a specific focus on Herkesicinguzellik.com and providing SEO & GEO leadership for all L'Oréal divisions and brands, as well as leadership for all L'Oréal digital services.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Organic Search & Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive qualified traffic for Herkesicinguzellik.com and provide overarching SEO leadership for all L'Oréal divisions and brands. This includes keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, content strategy development, and link building across relevant platforms.
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Lead the strategy and implementation for optimizing content and digital assets for generative AI search engines and platforms. This involves understanding new search paradigms, adapting content creation, and ensuring L'Oréal's presence is maximized in AI-driven search environments.
- Social Media Driven SEO & Advocacy: Drive "new age SEO" by leveraging social media strategies and advocacy programs. Influence internal stakeholders with expertise in how social media engagement and influencer advocacy contribute to organic visibility, brand reputation, and overall search performance.
- Content Automation & Streamlining: Lead initiatives for the automation and streamlining of content creation, management, and distribution processes across all types of digital content, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
- Data Driven Experiences: Develop and implement strategies for first-party and zero-party data acquisition and activation to create personalized and relevant digital experiences for consumers across all touchpoints, enhancing engagement for Herkesicinguzellik.com users.
- Media Planning & Activation: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns for Herkesicinguzellik.com, with a strong focus on Google Ads, Meta & Tiktok Ads as well as the entire digital landscape to drive traffic, generate leads and achieve specific marketing objectives.
- Website & Digital Services Management: Oversee the technical management and content strategy for Herkesicinguzellik.com in collaboration with internal teams and agencies. Provide leadership and strategic direction for all L'Oréal digital services, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Performance & Analytics: Own the analytics and measurement of all digital initiatives related to Herkesicinguzellik.com and all L'Oréal digital services, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration & Strategic Influence: Act as an opinion leader and leverage strong mobilization skills to align and influence cross-functional teams across all divisions, ensuring cohesive digital marketing initiatives and a unified SEO approach.
- Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, showcasing the impact of SEO and digital services initiatives.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- 7+ years of experience for Online Activation Lead/Manager in media and digital functions, with proven experience in SEO, content strategy, data driven experiences (activation & acquisiton), media and digital services management.
- Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, and Google Ads (Search).
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with foundational web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, particularly concerning website technicalities for SEO.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proactive, consumer-centric, and eager to stay updated on industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
