A Day in the Life

As the Omnichannel Business Manager for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Romania, you will report to the Commercial Director and lead the team of Omnichannel Key Account Managers (KAMs), while managing directly one important omnichannel customer in Romania. You'll be instrumental in driving the division's growth across the omnichannel channel, building strong relationships with key customers. This role offers a unique blend of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and team leadership within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be at the forefront of L'Oréal's cutting-edge approach to omnichannel strategy, leveraging data and technology to deliver exceptional results.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the omnichannel strategy for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Romania, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating potential risks. You will build a compelling business vision, sharing your perspective with stakeholders and driving alignment across the organization.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, positioning L'Oréal as the preferred medical beauty partner. This includes leading the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process, setting annual sales and profitability targets, and ensuring alignment with retailer strategies.
  • Sales & Profitability: Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability targets, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and adapting strategies as needed. You will be responsible for the overall P&L performance of your channel.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Manage, coach, and develop your team of four KAMs, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration.

We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities. They have at least 5 years of experience in pharma industry and possess a deep knowledge about top clients in the pharma market. They are also highly skilled in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Team Engagement: Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Omnichannel Experience Design: Deep understanding of omnichannel strategies and best practices, with the ability to design and implement seamless customer journeys.
  • P&L Management: Proven experience in managing full commercial P&L, setting targets, and driving profitability.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize performance.
