SUMMARY: Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment. Receives, manages, and processes work order requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly. Acts as liaison between employees and any outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managesmaintenance departmentsafety and housekeepingtasks.
• Participates in customer qualityimprovements.
• Manages relationship withthelandlord andfacilitatesbuilding upkeep within leaseparameters.
• Facilitatesupkeep of facility interior and exterior to promote a positive environment for employees andvisitors.
• Manages DC housekeeping tasks and holds team accountable for a clean, safeenvironment.
• Owns PMprocessand ensures that all are performed to network standardsforboth internal and external work.
• Manages the contractual relationship with the DC guard serviceas well asthescheduling of onsite guards.
• Point of contact for debris management at DC

• Own responsibilityforsite security systems (Camera system, badge access systems, etc.)
• Participate in site security audits with Corporate Security.
• Own responsibilityforFixed-Asset Register, communicate with accounting and finance, & be heavily involved with Fixed-Asset Audits.
• Manage, coach, and develop facilityteam.
• Developstandard operating procedures, daily work schedules, and duty cycles for all repairs and maintenanceforconveyor, building, HVAC,and electrical systems.
• Assistwith managing 3rd party building, mechanical, HVAC, and electrical contractors conducting service, repair, and new contractwork.
• Knowledgeable ofPLCs, conveyors, &high-voltageelectricity.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diplomarequired; minimumof2 - 3years of people and warehouse leadership experience, college degreepreferred.
• Experience in afast-paced,high-volumedistribution environment.
• Strong computer, analytical, and communication skills.
• Must be flexible, organized,detail-oriented, and a change agent with the ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to wear protective eyewear, footwear, hand protection (gloves)and safetyvests.
