A Day in the Life

This is a newly created role where you will be the ultimate ambassador for Lancôme, elevating our luxury service and driving unforgettable brand events. Reporting to the National Education Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of Lancôme counters across David Jones and Myer, inspiring our retail teams to deliver unparalleled customer experiences. This is a dynamic, in-store role that will have you travelling across your state, making a direct impact on our brand's success.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Champion Service Excellence: Dedicate your time to coaching, mentoring, and upskilling our in-store teams, transforming every customer interaction into a moment of luxury and personalized care.
  • Drive Impactful Events: Partner with the events and retail teams to plan and execute captivating brand activations that build excitement, drive sales, and create lasting memories for our clients.
  • Inspire and Educate: Act as the key link between our education strategy and in-store execution, empowering Beauty Advisors with the skills and confidence to be true brand experts.
  • Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate closely with Store Managers, retail teams, and brand Educators to ensure seamless operations and a unified vision for success across your portfolio of counters.

We Are Looking For

You are a great match for this role if you are an experienced retail leader, perhaps a Store Manager, ready to take the next step in your career. You are a natural coach who thrives on developing others and is truly motivated by delivering exceptional customer service.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Retail Expertise: A strong background in retail, with a deep understanding of how to create a premium in-store environment.
  • Customer Centricity: A genuine commitment to putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, with a vision for what exceptional service looks like.
  • Coaching & Mentoring: The ability to inspire and develop retail teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams and retail partners.
  • Brand Advocacy: You are a true brand advocate who can confidently represent Lancôme's values and elegance.
