Before starting … How do our recruitment process look like?

 

1°/ After applying to the offer by filling in your CV information.

2°/ If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview (individual one). The recruiter you will meet with will be getting to know you better, understand who you are and what are your professional aspirations.

3°/ Finally, if the exploratory interview is positive, you will get an interview with the HRBP and the Hiring Manager! 

 

A Day In The Life:

 

As a Medical Representative you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Your responsibilities will be:


 

  • Promoting Company Products: At the core of the MR's role is to actively promote and sell pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and other healthcare-related items. This involves introducing new products, effectively communicating their benefits, composition, and uses to healthcare professionals.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: MRs are typically responsible for meeting or exceeding specific monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by their companies. This directly contributes to the company's revenue and market share.
  • Influencing Prescriptions: Through persuasive communication, providing scientific evidence, and building trust, MRs aim to encourage healthcare professionals to prescribe or recommend their company's products.
  • Scheduling and Conducting Appointments: A significant part of their day involves planning and organizing daily visit schedules to meet with healthcare professionals, present products, and address any queries they may have.
