A Day in the Life

As our Medical Liaison for Oncology, you will be the scientific expert for La Roche-Posay in the Quebec region. You will report to the Medical Manager and play a pivotal role in improving the quality of life for patients undergoing cancer treatment. This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful partnerships and drive our onco-dermatology strategy forward.

• Scientific Engagement: Act as the regional expert in onco-dermatology, engaging in peer-to-peer scientific discussions with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals (HCPs) about the dermatological side effects of cancer treatments.
• Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with academic institutions, cancer care centers, hospitals, and professional oncology organizations to grow La Roche-Posay's presence and impact.
• Knowledge Exchange: Organize and lead impactful medical events like roundtables, webinars, and symposia to educate HCPs, in collaboration with our medical and regional teams.
• Territory Leadership: Represent La Roche-Posay at key oncology congresses, identify strategic opportunities, and manage the regional medical budget to maximize our reach and support for the oncology community.

We Are Looking For

You are a scientifically-minded communicator with a drive to make a real difference in patients' lives. You thrive on building relationships and can translate complex clinical data into compelling conversations. We are looking for someone with:

• A scientific or healthcare background (Medical, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Life Sciences degree preferred).
• Experience in oncology, onco-dermatology, or as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a significant asset.
• Strategic thinking, with the ability to own and execute a territory plan from start to finish.
• An entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable working autonomously.
• Full professional fluency in both French and English is required. Proficiency in English is necessary to collaborate effectively with national teams, experts, and stakeholders located outside Quebec, as well as to participate in pan-Canadian conferences.
