WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify and evaluate new business and growth opportunities within the dermo-cosmetic and broader healthcare ecosystem
- Conduct market, product, and competitive analyses to support strategic decision-making and expansion initiatives
- Prepare feasibility studies, business cases, and ad-hoc analytical reports for local and international management
- Develop strategic business plans using market data, physician insights, and competitive intelligence with a strong consumer-centric perspective
- Analyze market trends, prescription and dispensing behaviors, physician engagement, and brand performance to generate actionable insights
- Lead data-driven decision-making by integrating and interpreting internal and external data sources
- Translate complex data and analyses into clear strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Perform benchmarking and opportunity assessments to identify areas for business improvement and growth
- Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and business development teams to support strategic planning and execution
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and contribute to increased efficiency and performance.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES
- 10+ years of experience in business intelligence roles in healthcare, pharma, OTC or medical devices with a proven record of business development, strategic planning, data-driven decision making, launch readiness assessment
- Ability to connect data, market trends and long-term business opportunities
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience w data modeling and performance analysis
- Ability to influence and cooperate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English
