Master Data Specialist

As a Customer Master Data specialist, you will be accountable for:

Perform the daily operations as data entry and processing of requests from the platform
Ensuring data integrity within SAP through regular data checks and corrections
Enhancing the functionalities of the Customer Master Data (CMD) request platform
EDI team support including EDI testing and set up of the customers
Assisting in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance workflow efficiency and to prepare for new SAP implementation.
Ensures regular CMD cleaning rules are well established and followed
Upskills the population on the CMD process
Ensures the processes are compliant with audit norms
Project management (f.e. customer master data cleaning initiative)
Assisting in the analysis and resolution of issues that affect customer master data quality.
Collaborating with various teams to gather information needed to update or create customer master data.

We are expecting:

1-2 years experience within L‘Oreal or other company in Master Data/ Data Analytics or University graduate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Proactivity and sense of ownership
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and SQL
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to adhere to established rules and processes
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
Networking capability
Ability to articulate complex problems concisely and propose effective solutions
Project Management experience
Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English, Hungarian language skills are a plus
