What You Will Learn:
This internship will help the employee acquire marketing skills and provide the selected candidate with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, the employee will gain broad experience in marketing and the mass beauty business rules.
What We Are Looking For:
- Support Marketing team collecting and analyzing consumer and market insights and competition strategies.
- In charge of preparing Nielsen’s monthly summary presentation of results alongside the marketing manager.
- Work in the creation of PO’s for the marketing team when needed.
- Support the implementation of new launches and maintain growth of multiple products
- In charge of creating the monthly CPD Newsletter and making sure it is distributed across the division.
- Coordinate brand needed launches, events, and education activities alongside the Brand Managers.
- Assist with daily administrative duties.
- Give support to de brand managers daily in all areas. This includes making all non-charge orders in the system, preparing baskets and gifting materials for sponsorships, programs, clients, and activities.
- Work alongside the Shopper Marketing coordinator in the process of receiving POS Materials and wall graphics in the office, dividing materials by stores and/or sales reps.
- Monitor and make sure POS materials are delivered to the sales reps and or the stores.
- Attend Weekly meetings with the sales reps. Present and Discuss any promo or materials that are due.
- Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
- Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc.) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy.
- Perform any other job-related duties as required or that may arise in the future.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications
Education and Years of experience: College graduate from a Bachelor’s Program in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
Years of Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in Advocacy and Influencer marketing. One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience.
Language: Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
