What will you do?

L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students looking to kickstart their professional journey! You will learn about our various business models, build your network, discover our unique divisions and brands, and gain an overview of L'Oréal, our culture and our working environment.

As our Marketing Intern, you will

  • Support social media content creation, trend brainstorming, video production (if needed), and coordinate with content creators (KOLs/KOCs) and creative agencies.
  • Assist in executing new product launch plans, online promotions, and local offline events to ensure successful and on-time delivery.
  • Conduct market research, track competitor activities, and assist with post-campaign reporting and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate daily brand requests with cross-functional teams, prepare tracking sheets, and handle essential operational tasks.


Who are we looking for?

  • Currently pursuing last year/ graduated a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the beauty industry and brand marketing.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience using social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) is a plus.
