Who We Are In Settimo Torinese, Italy, is active one of the main production centers of L’Oréal Group in the world. The plant's products are distributed in 30 countries. The production site is a full expression of the industrial, social and environmental values of the Group: quality, the result of innovation and control in production, safety of the working environments, and minimal impact on the environment. The site is in fact carbon neutral since 2015 and since 2018 is also a waterloop factory.

We Are Looking For We are looking for a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Intern to join our team in Settimo Torinese. In this role, you will take your first steps into the Supply Chain world of a global leader, supporting the operational management of material flows and collaborating closely with our international and local partners.

Mission & Main Responsibilities

• Supply Management: Support the procurement of raw materials and packaging according to validated logistical parameters, ensuring the smoothest execution of the production plan.
• Stock Monitoring: Assist in the calculation and monitoring of slow-moving inventory (Slow Move), contributing directly to the optimization of warehouse stock levels.
• Continuous Improvement & KPIs: Support the calculation of key supply chain KPIs and analyze procurement parameters to strengthen and optimize relationships and partnerships with our suppliers.
• Operational Support: Collaborate daily with internal teams and external partners to maintain efficient data flows and resolve supply bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or other quantitative/analytical fields.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel is highly valued); knowledge of SAP is a strong plus.
• Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of Italian and fluent in English.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
