A Day in the Life

As the Manager for Indirect Sourcing, you will lead the Facilities Management category for our manufacturing and distribution sites across the USA and Canada. Reporting to the Vice President, Supply Chain & Manufacturing Sourcing, you will strategically manage a spend of approximately $100M, driving innovation and performance in a dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sourcing strategies, scouting the market for innovation, and forging partnerships to support our “L’Oréal 4 the Future” sustainability goals.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a valued partner to influence business decisions and drive change.
  • Leading a broad range of commercial contract negotiations, project implementations, and supplier performance management to ensure optimal total cost of ownership.
  • Managing category spend analytics, financial reporting, and ensuring strict compliance with internal sourcing policies and procedures.


 

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a highly experienced sourcing professional with a high level of drive and energy. You are an autonomous and skilled negotiator who can build strong partnerships and effectively communicate a strategic vision. You thrive in cross-functional teams and are adept at influencing decisions.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing/Category Management, with expertise in Operations and Energy/EHS markets.
  • Strong project management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis without the need for legal sponsorship now or in the future (required)
