A Day in the Life
As a Manager for Business Services reporting to the AVP, Indirect Sourcing, you will develop and execute the sourcing vision for HR, Professional, and Mobility services in the US. You will become a recognized partner to our corporate functions, ensuring L'Oréal collaborates with top-tier service providers to support our workforce.
- You will lead complex RFPs and negotiations, defining clear service levels and performance indicators to ensure high-quality delivery.
- You will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Legal, influencing strategic business decisions.
- You will manage supplier relationships to bring innovation and efficiency, driving value through a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach.
- You will translate global strategies for the US market and manage category spend analytics, financial reporting, and budget tracking.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with a strong service-oriented mindset and the ability to lead transformational change. You are a great fit if you possess:
- Strategic Sourcing: Highly experienced in purchasing and category management, particularly within corporate services.
- Stakeholder Management: The ability to influence decisions and build partnerships in a cross-functional environment.
- Negotiation: Proven skill in defining contracts and managing relationships with large-scale service providers and consulting firms.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to drive sourcing initiatives from start to finish.
- Financial Acumen: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to tell a story through financial data and performance metrics.

- Base Salary Range: $90,200 – $128,500 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
