What will you do?
L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students looking to kickstart their professional journey! You will learn about our various business models, build your network, discover our unique divisions and brands, and gain an overview of L'Oréal, our culture and our working environment.
As our Livestream Intern, you will
- Monitor live shopping sessions to ensure technical stability, including audio, video quality, and internet connection.
- Ensure livestream presenters and setups comply with brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Track real-time viewer engagement, customer comments, and live sales conversion funnels during broadcasts.
- Gather data and prepare weekly livestream performance reports to help the team track sales and viewer metrics.
- Assist in coordinating schedules, samples, and logistics with creators, livestream agencies, and internal brand teams.
Who are we looking for?
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and social commerce trends.
Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of livestream setups, social media platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada), or broadcast tools.
Good analytical skills and comfort working with basic data and reports in MS Excel.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to react quickly in a live broadcast environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data, visualization) and PowerPoint
