A Day in the Life
As our Learning Systems & Data Analyst, you won't just be managing a system; you'll be engineering a best-in-class user experience and providing the data that fuels our talent strategy. Based in our Polanco, Mexico City office, you'll join a dynamic HR Excellence team where you will lead key initiatives and drive business performance through technology and analytics.
- Drive HR Innovation: You will own the operational engine of our Learning Management System (SuccessFactors), optimizing processes, automating tasks, and leading projects to enhance its capabilities and impact across the Zone.
- Power Strategy with Data: Transform raw data into strategic assets. You will design and generate powerful reports and dashboards that provide critical insights to leadership, directly influencing our learning and development investments.
- Engineer System Excellence: Ensure the integrity and performance of our learning ecosystem. You will be responsible for everything from technical administration and content deployment to solving complex data challenges and maintaining a robust, audit-proof system.
- Lead as a Tech Partner: Serve as the central technical expert for all learning technologies, collaborating with local and global stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and ensure our tools are enabling our business goals.
We Are Looking For
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation who is driven to solve problems and create value. You’re a perfect fit if you are ready to take ownership and use your analytical skills to make a measurable impact.
- You have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Systems, or a related field.
- You possess a strong background in HR Operations, with hands-on experience in the administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experience with One Profile (SuccessFactors) is highly desirable.
- You are highly skilled in data analysis and visualization, with advanced proficiency in Excel and ideally Power BI.
- You have a proven ability to manage technical projects and maintain end-to-end data integrity within a complex system.
- You are fluent in Spanish and have conversational to fluent English, enabling you to lead collaborations with regional and global stakeholders.
