General Description:

 

The VIE will serve as a Strategic Bridge between Global Vision and Regional Execution, taking a leadership role in the regionalization of People Development offers within LATAM. Their mission is to master the complexity of a 360° HR role—balancing strategic design with operational implementation—to accelerate regional projects while developing the core competencies required of a future L'Oréal HR leader.

 

Strategic Leadership: Leading the regionalization of Global People Development offers to ensure corporate strategies are translated into local realities.

Operational Excellence: Managing the intersection of global standards and the specific needs of regional talent to maintain learning consistency across LATAM.

Professional Acceleration: Serving as a premier development track by gaining firsthand experience in both high-level strategy and fast-paced regional execution.

Key Responsibilities:

 

 This role is essential for supporting our regional strategic roadmap while providing a high-impact learning environment for global talent within one of L'Oréal's most dynamic zones. Our VIE will be immersed in a region that serves as a benchmark for and "test and learn" mentalities. By joining our team, they will gain firsthand exposure to:

 

LATAM  Diversity and resilience environment , navigating the unique socio-economic landscapes of our various markets, which requires a highly tailored approach to People Development.

 

Operational Agility: Developing the ability to pivot quickly and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment where regional needs and global standards must align perfectly.

 

Main projects : Regionalization of Global Offers , such as O+O Commerce and leading PDL zone animation; cascading and understanding best practices among our region. Our VIE will play a pivotal role in managing the regionalization of several Global People Development offers within LATAM. This mission is critical as it involves translating global strategies into local realities, ensuring that our corporate vision resonates with the specific needs of our regional talent while maintaining learning consistency.

 

Professional Development & Strategic Impact By leading these projects, the VIE will develop a comprehensive understanding of People Development at both a strategic and operational level. They will work at the intersection of global vision and regional execution—a core competency for any future HR leader at L'Oréal. We are convinced that this role will not only accelerate our regional projects but also serve as a premier development track for our VIE.
