Job:  Marketing Co-ordination Manager: Garnier & Interbeauty Brands SSA

Location:  Woodmead 

Reports to:  SSA Zone Brand General Manager: Garnier & Interbeauty Brands


KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support and execute the zone's brand strategy by translating zone priorities into actionable marketing plans; drive portfolio activation and country enablement to deliver brand growth and a consistent consumer experience across the zone.
  • Support the development of the zone's 3-year marketing plan under the guidance of the Brand Business Leader; contribute to portfolio prioritisation across new launches, pillar product renewals and core catalogue animation
  • Collect and synthesise consumer and market insights from countries; consolidate findings into clear, actionable recommendations to inform zone and DMI decisions
  • Coordinate and track the end-to-end delivery of international launches at zone level, ensuring timelines, deadlines and brand guidelines are respected across all markets
  • Prepare and adapt marketing mix materials (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to ensure zone-level relevance; support countries in localising communication assets (artwork, imagery, digital, point of sale)
  • Animate the countries on a day-to-day basis, serving as the primary operational contact point; equip local teams with the right tools, toolkits and angle of attack to bring brand experiences to life
  • Monitor core catalogue performance and pillar product animation across markets; flag deviations and propose corrective actions to the Brand Business Leader
  • Contribute to budget tracking and investment follow-up across the zone portfolio, supporting accurate forecasting and spend allocation
  • Prepare presentations and reporting materials for zone and top management meetings; ensure messaging is clear, structured and aligned with zone priorities
  • Share zone and country best practices to strengthen marketing capability and consistency across the zone
  • Support the development of junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team environment

Specific to Selective Divisions:

  • Support brand patrimony stewardship by ensuring all zone activations are aligned with the brand's sense of purpose and identity guidelines
  • Assist in the coordination of B-to-B activations in partnership with retail and education teams
  • Review and validate compliance of marketing materials (artwork, imagery, digital, point of sale, education materials) ahead of country deployment

Specific to CPD:

  • Support local adaptation of communication materials (artwork, advertising materials) for country use
  • Contribute to media and promotional plan inputs; assist in the coordination of market research initiatives across the zone
