  • Marketing Investment Efficiency: Partner closely with Marketing teams to analyze and optimize ROI and Advocacy metrics for high-stakes marketing campaigns and events with budgets exceeding 300k PLN.
  • Daily Financial Controlling Mastery: Support Purchase Order (PO) management in close collaboration with Brand Marketing Teams, analyzing PO workflows, troubleshooting bottlenecks, and driving key Pay On Time KPIs.

Phase 2: BT Finance Team (Months 7–12)

In this rotation, you will work at the intersection of Finance and Technology, contributing to highly visible projects seen by European CFOs and Finance Directors, accelerating our Beauty Tech transformation.

  • Process Auditing: Conduct comprehensive audits of current financial reporting workflows across 30 European business entities to identify bottlenecks and manual redundancies.
  • Data Pipeline & Dashboard Creation: Contribute to the design, construction, and deployment of centralized Group Power BI dashboards using robust Power Query data pipelines for monthly Finance IT KPIs.
  • AI-Driven Anomaly Detection: Define and implement over 20 new Finance IT KPIs and deploy AI-driven anomaly detection tools to flag reporting inconsistencies automatically, targeting a 40% reduction in overall reporting time.
  • Data Standardization: Leverage Power Query to standardize financial control data across all European entities, deploying a unified framework aiming for a 30% reduction in control exceptions.
  • Strategic Deliverable: Develop, test, and launch an automated, AI-assisted Controlling Closing Note tool to be utilized by all participating European entities.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for agile, tech-savvy, and highly analytical minds who want to redefine what finance looks like in the modern retail era.

  • Academic Background: Master’s degree (or final-year student status) in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Engineering, or a highly quantitative field.
  • Analytical Mindset: Excellent numerical skills with an innate ability to translate raw, complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.
