Job Title: Jr. Market Supply Logistic Planner - 3CE Operation S&OP
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
The position is in charge of the Supply Planning management and New Launch projects on Makeup Catalogue for global customers under 3CE Brand.
This role is key representative from Supply chain function in the new launch management circle to manage the resource and supply planning for the projects together with factory/vendors and all other related functions – development, packaging, sourcing etc. We are also in charge of the key communication on launch sizing, launch validation, and brand catalogue strategy alignment with all business stakeholders – zone marketing, DMI and countries.
In addition, this role is in charge of the strategy deployment in terms of catalogue and convergence target and as a result to help support the business growing and profitability.
Moreover, the regular cruising items supply with affiliates in agile way, IDC stock management and E&O management etc are also the very key daily working part to support business.
Main Responsibilities
Product Master Data
Ensure the quality and availability of product information, through the management of processes, in compliance with the group policy and the external standards
- Creation of Material Master Data in SAP by ensuring the reliability of product information
- Update products information during their whole lifecycle ling, by following the evolution of internal and external codification norms
- Ensure that products information is published both internally and externally
- Participate to transversal Supply Chain projects according to the MSL, Zone needs
Supply planning
Responsible to secure and analyze products supply according to affiliates business situation.
- Analyze monthly / weekly demand variations from countries to understand the business trend, and define the priorities for the production plan with plants
- Manage stock parameters of products of IDC stock based on history FCST accuracy and block horizon from plant/vendors. Be responsible for country and IDC inventory.
- Ensure consistency of plant/vendor production plan according to demand and make recommendations in case of inconsistency
- Challenge plants/vendor on their capacity to integrate market constraints (batch and run sizes, queuing line, management of shortage).
- Communicate updated information on supply chain stocks and service policy (possible slow movers, service) to subsidiaries
- Be the referee on proposals to dispatch available quantities to subsidiaries in case of shortages.
- Follow up and analyze performance indicators. Make recommendations
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

Main Requirements
- At least 1-3 years working experience in Supply Chain (better in FMCG)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Fluent English in both writing and speaking
- Strong communication skill and good understanding on plant and business
