A Day in the Life

As a casual Kiehl's Skin Pro in our Chadstone team, you will be the face of our brand, providing personalised skincare consultations that draw on Kiehl's rich apothecary heritage and scientific innovation. You'll join a dynamic retail environment, dedicated to creating exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Provide Expert Consultations: Act as a skincare expert, understanding individual customer needs and recommending personalised routines using in-depth product knowledge.
• Create Exceptional Experiences: Deliver outstanding customer service, share the unique stories behind our products, and ensure every visitor feels welcomed and valued.
• Drive Retail Success: Contribute to achieving team sales goals by showcasing products, participating in store events, and building a loyal customer base.
• Uphold Brand Standards: Maintain the visual merchandising and operational excellence that Kiehl’s is known for, ensuring a premium and inviting store environment.
