About the job As (Key) Account Manager for our Luxe Fragrance Brands portfolio, you will be part of an ambitious and high-performing Business Unit, combining marketing and commerce roles, within L’Oréal Luxe. You will report to the Brand Market Director. Together with the team, you will be dedicated to accelerating our business by building and leveraging strong internal and external collaborations within the Benelux landscape (Offline + Online). Your focus will be two-fold: developing new partnerships like the drugstore channel and co-creating strategic plans for our exciting selective partners in collaboration with the divisional Commercial (CGO) team.
As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you are the guardian of our brands’ prestige at the retailer. You will invest in long-term strategic relationships with our partners and be responsible for the strategy to increase the presence and visibility of our fragrance icons. This position is both strategic and hands-on: together with your counterparts at the retailers' headquarters, you will make a difference in assortment curation, exclusive promotion strategies, and high-impact activations that honor the unique DNA of each fashion house.
At the same time, you will ensure strict adherence to commercial agreements, oversee the premium logistics process, and bear final responsibility for the customer P&L.
Your responsibilities are:
- Account Vision: Contributing to the division’s vision byidentifyingprestige market opportunities for our designer fragrances, in line with the "Luxury for All" strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: Managing daily business operations with retailers as well as internal teams (Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and Supply Chain).
- P&L & RGM Responsibility: Taking full ownership of your client portfolio’s profitability; overseeing investments in promotions and retail media based on data and a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) mindset.
- Strategic Year Plan: Creating a strategic annual account plan based on brand priorities (e.g., major launches forViktor&Rolfor Ralph Lauren) as well as the customer’s key focus areas.
- Negotiation & Storytelling: Leading annual negotiations and crafting compelling sales stories for your launch and activation plans.
- Forecasting: Ensuringaccuratestock planning and alignment with Supply Chain tomaintainhigh service levels for our premium accounts.
Our ideal candidate has or is:
- Experience: 3+ years of commercial experience (preferably in the luxury sector, fashion, or premium FMCG).
- Education: Master’s degree.
- Skills: A strong influencer and master of stakeholder management, capable of making data-driven strategic decisions.
- Passion for Luxury: A deep appreciation for brand heritage, olfactory excellence, and the lifestylefashionindustry.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch & English (must).
