L'Oréal CZ/HU/SK, headquartered in Prague, is a dynamic company with a significant presence in the beauty market across the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia. Currently, we are seeking a passionate and trend-savvy (Junior) Product Manager for L'Oréal Paris to join our Consumer Products Division.

As the (Junior) Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for L'Oréal Paris across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. As (Junior) Product manager, you will:

• Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management
• Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue
• Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
• Adapt communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale online and offline). Create the communication assets locally for selected campaigns
• Mobilize and work with other departments (sales, logistics, PR etc.) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy; meet the deadlines
• Make recommendations to management on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market, and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
• Manage marketing budget, ensure forecast accuracy
• Make recommendations on media

Your profile:

• University degree
• Min. 2-3 years of experience in brand management
• Previous experience from cosmetics industry is an advantage
• Fluency in Czech, Slovak or Hungarian
• Advanced knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Responsible and innovative approach
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset
• Ability to propose creative and out-of-the-box solutions
