You will.....
- Lead the conception or adaptation of new education and training projects, understanding the market and being aware on what is happening.
- Create training guidelines to facilitate local initiatives and foster seasonal events (mainly for color and make-up axis)
- Monitor feedback (qualitative and quantitative) from the field on the projects
- Monitor budget and ROl
- Deliver in-class training
- Train, develop and animates field coaches/trainers
- On-board retailers BAs to our training method
- Foster relationship with international trainers
- Master international guidelines and brand standards, trends
- Develop internal trainers structure to new needs of L''Oréal and needs of retailers
You have.....
- Minimum hold a Bachelor degree
- Proficient in English
- 3 years minimum of experience in relevant field (Education/Training Executive) for beauty brands
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders with a strong presence
- Analytical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
