🌟As Junior O+O Activation Manager, you will:

  • Lead implementation and execution of National Activations Calendar – including promo actions & launches in omnichannel.

  • Developing a Customized Action Plan for the top KA, based on the LDB brand's strategy and National priorities, translating them into O+O execution.

  • Manage & develop sales period initiatives on time/within a budget frame, align with business development & marketing & sales, communicate to all stakeholders to ensure business objectives are achieved.

  • Ensure sales teams are provided with timely, comprehensive & persuasive sales period briefs, sales support tools to execute categories, brands plans as per National Activations Calendar.

  • Contribute to the process of annual planning of units & values building blocks.

  • Support marketing to develop innovative and meaningful content to nourish the consumer experience for offline & online touchpoints.

  • Build and execute plan of dermocategory markers deployment.

  • Actively participate in the LDB routine of meetings, on actions between sales, marketing, business development, and business planning to ensure consistency between brand priorities & marketing and sales support.

  • Actively input into Dermocosmetics Categories vision development & ambition in line with marketing strategy & translate into channel strategies, accompanied with activation plans.

  • Develop & stimulate excellence in the execution of in-store standards.

  • Manage budget for content preparation, lead generation, R&R, and database activation given by the brand.

  • Create activation strategy for dermocosmetics category (incl Multidiv Festivals).

  • Manage e-commerce related digital projects.

  • Proven experience as junior activation manager, trade marketing specialist, or sales ideally in pharmaceutical or FMCG environment.

  • Proven track record in Trade & commercial roles in international companies.

  • Persuasive, executive communication skills.

  • Strong project management abilities and a strong sense of ownership.

  • Analytical & problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce, digital media & following the latest digital trends.

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Fluent in English and Polish.
