Responsibilities:
1. Design Go-To-Market strategy and lead execution of product launches and brand expressions, in all offline channels.
2. Monitoring sales and analyze market share performance against target and competition.
3. Driving strong sales fundamental in store (distribution, pricing communication, displays, promo mechanisms)
4. Managing activation budget, ensuring spends deliver a solid ROI.
5. Collaborating cross-functionally to achieve brand-category objective.
Requirements:
1. Strong analytical and structured way of thinking. Has creative problem solving skills.
2. Demonstrates effective communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
3. Preferably experienced in trade marketing/ sales roles.
4. Demonstrates passion to win, collaborates comfortably to achieve objective.
