Key Job Accountabilities 主要職務
To define the local brand strategy in the local market in line with the international brand positioning;
contribute to growth by driving new product launches and pillar products
Illustrate and lead 360 animation plan together with key stakeholders
Implement new product launches and to maintain growth of pillar products
Manage product portfolio to contribute to the brand business and development
Listen to and develop a deep understanding of local consumers and generate new insights
Take ownership of international launches and create the right angle of attack for success in the local market
Develop in-depth understanding of consumer insights
Monitor local trends and feedback findings to headquarter to ensure portfolio of new product development
Manage the budget and the financial implications of forecasts
Interact effectively with other departments and teams to support marketing strategies and objectives
Lead Brand philanthropy, such as sustainability, LGTBQI+
Must Have Aspects 必須項目
- Product Marketing experience of more than 3 years
- Product knowledge and brand business know-how
- Knowledge of local retail dynamics and environment
- Research and market data analysis
- Business level to fluent English
- Strong interest in "Kiehl's" business model and fit to Kiehl's Team Spirit
Preferred Qualification 希望項目
- FMCG or other commodity business (not necessarily from cosmetic business) background
- Financial knowledge (P&L, expansion analysis, sales forecasts)
- Advertising and media planning knowledge
