A Day in the Life

As the Indirect Sourcing Coordinator for LATAM, you will report to the Indirect Sourcing Director for LATAM Countries and lead the strategy for Business Services, Supply Chain, and Travel categories. You will drive competitiveness, create value, and ensure compliance, playing a key role in coordinating transversal initiatives that have a regional impact.

• Lead Sourcing & Negotiation: Spearhead sourcing processes for your categories at the LATAM level, from strategy definition to implementation.
• Develop Regional Strategies: Design and execute category strategies, identifying opportunities for standardization, efficiency, and cost optimization across the region.
• Drive Transversal Initiatives: Coordinate projects impacting all LATAM countries, focusing on tail spend, process simplification, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a Business Partner: Understand the needs of regional and local stakeholders and translate them into efficient, scalable, and sustainable purchasing strategies.
• Manage Supplier Relationships: Oversee strategic supplier relationships, including performance evaluations, business reviews, risk management, and identifying innovation opportunities.
• Cross-functional project management: leads purchasing processes at the regional level (LATAM) with multiple stakeholders across the region.

We Are Looking For

• A strategic thinker with extensive experience in Indirect Sourcing, preferably with exposure to Business Services and/or Supply Chain categories.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, negotiation, and supplier management.
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to lead regional initiatives in complex, matrix environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across different countries.
• Fluency in Spanish is required, and advanced proficiency in English is preferred.
