We are seeking a highly skilled Endpoint Developer with strong scripting, automation, and integration expertise across Windows and macOS environments. This role focuses on proactively resolving endpoint issues, improving compliance, and elevating the end‑user experience through intelligent automation and advanced telemetry.
You will work at scale—supporting 18,000 users in the Americas Zone—within a cloud‑first ecosystem and a Modern Workplace organization committed to innovation ().
This role reports to the AMER Endpoint Management Director and is an integral part of the Americas Infrastructure – Modern Workplace team
You will collaborate across Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and global teams, ensuring seamless integration of end‑user computing (EUC) solutions across a diverse technical landscape ().
Key Responsibilities
1. Endpoint Automation & Remediation
- Design, develop, and deploy automation scripts and lightweight applications to remediate known endpoint issues and improve user experience ().
- Continuously enhance existing remediation modules and proactively identify bugs or degradations impacting user productivity ().
2. Data Engineering & Integration
- Build automated processes to extract, aggregate, and analyze data using APIs from Intune, SCCM, Tanium, Azure, Microsoft Graph, Citrix, and ServiceNow ().
- Develop custom dashboards and analytics using SQL, KQL, and Power BI ().
3. DevOps & Agile Delivery
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and version‑controlled development practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub ().
- Operate within an Agile/Scrum environment—participating in sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement ().
4. ServiceNow Automation
- Build and maintain automation that creates and updates ServiceNow tickets based on KPIs and compliance outcomes ().
5. EUC Engineering & Systems Integration
- Develop automation solutions across the full end‑user computing ecosystem, focusing on reliability, performance, compliance, and user experience ().
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to integrate EUC solutions with supporting infrastructure platforms ().
Required Experience & Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering, automation, or software development ().
- Advanced knowledge of PowerShell, Python, and .NET development ().
- Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs for SaaS/PaaS integrations ().
- Hands‑on experience with:
- Intune, SCCM, Tanium
- Azure IaaS, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 ()
- macOS scripting (Python/Bash) ()
- Active Directory / Azure AD ()
- Networking fundamentals ()
- EDR (CrowdStrike), Bomgar, ThousandEyes ()
