What will you do?

L'Oréal Internship is a 6-month full-time program (1 July 2024 – 10 Jan 2025) designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient, and agile students looking to kickstart their professional journey! You will learn about our various business models, build your network, discover our unique divisions and brands, and gain an overview of L'Oréal, our culture and our working environment.

There are two tracks available, (1) Young Talent Management and (2) Learning & Development.

As our Young Talent Management Intern, you will

  • Build and maintain partnerships with key academic partners to promote employment opportunities and upskilling initiatives under L’Oréal for Youth
  • Support campus activation activities such as L’Oréal Brandstorm and Career Fairs
  • Collaborate on employer branding projects ranging from content creation, video-editing to social media campaigns
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance candidate experience

As our Learning & Development Intern, you will

  • Support the people development mission by implementing learning solutions
  • Diagnose, design, and roll-out development plans
  • Create program materials and coordinate learning events
  • Partner external providers/ consultants/ experts to deliver best-in-class learning experiences
  • Manage the communications to stakeholders regarding learning programs
  • Track internal data and metrics for reporting of learning performance

Who are we looking for?

  • University students currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Singapore. Students from other institutes of higher education (e.g. Polytechnics) are also welcome!
  • Strong in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Proficient in Canva, Photoshop or other editing software
  • Good communication and project management skills
  • Passionate in joining FMCG & beauty industries is a plus
