As our HRBP & Learning Manager, you will be part of the HR team under the supervision of the Human Resource Director, ITH. The role will be based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partner & Generalist HR Functions:
- Managerial Advisory & Support:
- Act as a trusted HR advisor and strategic partner to the Tech hub leadership and functional heads, deeply understanding their specific operational needs, project pipelines, and global delivery requirements.
- Provide advice and support in daily team management, organizational development, and human resources challenges.
- Employee Relations & Workplace Climate:
- Provide coaching and guidance to the Tech hub managers and team leads on effectively developing their teams, managing performance as well as handling complex employee relations.
- Talent Management & Performance:
- Support the performance management process, from annual reviews to individual development plans.
- Contribute to identifying and developing key talents within the organization.
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Collaborate with managers throughout the entire recruitment cycle, from defining needs to integrating new employees.
- HR Administration & Compliance:
- Ensure the application of HR policies and procedures and verify legal and regulatory compliance. Manage certain administrative HR aspects related to their scope (e.g., headcount monitoring, HR reporting).
2. Learning & Development Strategy:
- Learning Needs
- Assessment: Conduct thorough skills gap analyses to identify current and future training needs.
- Utilize surveys and feedback mechanisms to gather employee learning preferences and requirements.
- Technological Optimization for Learning:
- Leverage the Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate access to training resources and progress tracking.
- Integrate e-learning platforms to offer a flexible and diverse learning experience.
- Promoting a Learning Culture:
- Develop an environment where continuous learning is valued and encouraged.
- Implement recognition and reward systems for employees engaged in L&D activities.
- Measuring Program Effectiveness:
- Regularly evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
- Gather post-training feedback to adjust and improve future initiatives.
- Career Development & Support:
- Collaborate with employees to create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) aligned with their aspirations and organizational goals.
- Establish and manage mentoring and coaching programs to support professional growth.
- Strategic Alignment with Leadership:
- Ensure L&D initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Secure executive sponsorship for program success.
