As L'Oréal’s Learning apprentice you will be autonomously manage a number of key projects within the team, as well as helping out the wider team with the day to day operations. The role will be varied and will allow you to learn about a number of different areas of learning such as classroom training, budget, liaison with the global team, onboarding, elearning and much more.

Organising and running our onboarding ‘Welcome Days’
Keeping our learning database up to date with local and international courses
Registering and tracking employee attendance for local and international seminars
Promoting new trainings by building communication plans e.g. creating posters, writing articles and arranging ‘drop in’ sessions.
Recommending improvements to our formal training courses to make them more effective
Analysing the participant feedback to make sure our courses are timely and relevant.
Helping to track the overall learning budget
Ensuring compliance with our mandatory elearning modules
Planning and running ‘learning events’ to help drive a learning culture

In order to be successful in this role you will need to have:
Excellent communication skills: ability to build genuine relationships at all levels
Organisation skills: ability to plan, co-ordinate and react quickly to changes, to prioritise and manage your own workload
Attention to detail: ability to analyse data and draw conclusions, you‘ll be able to learn systems quickly and use Excel spreadsheets
Be a self starter – be happy to autonomously manage projects and recommend ways to improve efficiency and efficacy
Creative thinking: generate new ideas and ways to animate our learning offer e.g. icebreaker games and PowerPoint design
