A DAY IN THE LIFE

 

As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving people, culture and organizational performance. You will partner closely with managers and HR Centers of Expertise to deliver impactful people solutions while ensuring a strong and consistent employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

 

You will also lead on the:

 

  • Act as a strategic advisor and coach to managers on talent, rewards, performance, engagement, people development and culture
  • Lead and implement HR projects related to performance management, engagement initiatives and workforce planning.
  • Analyze people data and trends to recommend proactive solutions, generating and monitoring HR metrics and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, Learning, Rewards, Employee Relations, etc.) to deliver best-in-class employee experiences.
  • Support managers in organizational design, succession planning and talent development to ensure business continuity and growth.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations / People Services to ensure smooth execution of administrative processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination and documentation.
  •  Act as a culture and change ambassador, reinforcing L’Oréal values, ways of working, and diversity, equity and inclusion principles.


REQUIREMENTS


  • 5 to 7 years of experience in HR Business Partner roles, preferably in dynamic, matrix or multinational environments.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using HR analytics and data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Solid knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and labor relations.
  •  Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  •  Agile, proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
