A Day in the Life
As a Finance People Cost Specialist in Mexico City, you will be a key catalyst for value creation, ensuring the financial health and strategic decision-making around our most valuable asset: our people. You will be the strategic interface between Finance and HR, supporting all activities related to personnel cost management, headcount tracking, and budgeting across our divisions.
In this role, you will:
- Drive Financial Integrity: Prepare and validate entries for monthly HR cost closings, including accruals and intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Enhance Data & Processes: Innovate data flows between HR and Finance systems, proactively identifying opportunities for simplification and automation using cutting-edge tools.
- Deliver Actionable Insights: Run financial simulations, perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of deviations, and prepare impactful reports for senior stakeholders.
- Foster Global Collaboration: Consolidate data from various countries and coordinate with international Finance counterparts to support budgeting and forecasting activities, acting as a trusted business partner.

- Excel at stakeholder management, effectively communicating and collaborating with both HR and Finance teams.
