📋What You Will Do

As a Finance Control Manager, you will be a key strategic partner, ensuring the financial health and operational excellence of our manufacturing activities. You will play a crucial role in steering the plant's performance by providing sharp analysis and strong financial control.

In this role, you will:

• 📈 Drive Financial Performance: Manage the plant's budget, financial planning, and forecasting processes. You'll analyze performance against key objectives and propose solutions to drive growth and efficiency.
• ? Act as a Business Partner: Develop and monitor relevant KPIs to advise the Plant Director and department managers, proposing corrective actions and identifying areas for cost savings and productivity improvements.
• 💻 Ensure Strong Internal Controls: Guarantee compliance with Group procedures and best practices. You will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure data reliability.
• 💡Lead and Develop: Supervise your team, fostering their expertise and know-how while supporting organizational changes and raising awareness of financial and control principles among plant managers.

You're a great match if you have:

• A degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Proven experience in a cost or financial controller role.
• Strong proficiency in analyzing financial data and providing strategic recommendations.
• Excellent business partnering and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems.
