Your mission…
We are looking for a Field MUP Expert to strengthen the Retail team in our LUXE division in Skåne region in Sweden. In this role, you will be at the forefront of leading retail forward by driving district growth of the L'Oréal Luxe portfolio. You will achieve this through strategically planned events and superior services aimed at our end customer within our OMNI channel (KICKS & BOOZT). You will be instrumental in enhancing retail performance and fostering strong relationships with both Beauty Advisors and retailers, driving success and innovation within our operations.
You will…
- Be responsible for a district with Omni doors, field-based and rotating within the district's Points of Sale (POS).
- Conduct weekly follow-ups on sales targets versus budget, in collaboration with the Retail Unit Manager (RUM).
- Implement in-store visibility and events to minimize sell-out gaps, ensuring alignment on strategies and targets with store managers/floor managers.
- Secure launch and trade activations in-store with maximized visibility, aiming for double/triple exposure.
- Check merchandise items and planograms, reporting any missing items at launches (grids, testers) and during trade activities (in-store material) to the Retail Business Manager (RBM).
- Contribute to making stores a point of experience through SC/MU services, retailer services, and beauty tech.
- Follow up after training sessions, emphasizing key brand pillars and launch timings with shelf trainings and morning workshops.
- In district, secure Beauty Advisor (BA) engagement through information and inspiration, teaching them "how to sell" launches and assortments, and recruiting for One Retail, ensuring BAs feel confident about our assortment and prioritize our brands.
- Deliver service and visits tailored to the district's categorization, gaining insight and understanding of each store's driving factors to adapt approaches.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for BAs and floor managers within your district, collaborating closely with store managers.
- Act as the key stakeholder to animate and organize in-store events linked to the trade plan, prioritizing A-door locations, informing BAs, engaging them, and setting daily targets, while identifying potential B-doors.
- Maintain basic knowledge of brand image and guidelines, selling steps, beauty services, beauty tech, and coaching techniques to effectively bridge with RUMs and ensure alignment.

- Proficient in budget & KPI management, with a sharp focus on achieving and exceeding budget and KPI targets.
- Excellent in eventing & service, able to elevate the consumer experience through in-store events and services to inspire both consumers and staff.
- A strong communicator who drives performance through influencing and building strong relationships with store managers and generic staff to secure L'Oréal Luxe as a preferred partner.
