A Day in the Life
As the FP&A - Treasury Coordinator for L'Oréal LATAM, you will be at the heart of our financial strategy, ensuring the liquidity and efficiency of our operations across the region. Your mission is to optimize cash flow and manage financial resources through predictive analysis, budgetary control, and strategic risk management. You will act as a key partner to the business, transforming data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Cash Flow Forecasting & Analysis: You will develop and consolidate weekly, monthly, and annual cash flow projections, analyzing variances to identify root causes and improve forecast accuracy.
- Working Capital Management: Monitor key performance indicators (DSO, DPO, DIO) and lead initiatives to optimize our working capital by collaborating with Operations and Credit teams.
- Strategic Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain insightful dashboards for senior management, providing a clear view of our liquidity position, financial risks, and treasury performance for monthly group-level reporting.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Analyze the company's exposure to foreign exchange (FX) risk, propose hedging strategies, and ensure all treasury activities comply with L'Oréal Group policies.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker with a strong foundation in corporate finance. You are an ideal candidate if you can translate complex financial data into clear, strategic insights and thrive in a dynamic, multinational environment. You should have:
- A background in FP&A, Corporate Treasury, or a similar financial role within a multinational company.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and macros, and experience with an ERP system (preferably SAP) and BI tools like Power BI.
- The ability to transform numerical data into strategic insights and communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
- A meticulous attention to detail and the resilience to meet strict monthly closing deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in English is essential for this role.
