• Have a chance to work hand in hand with CPD General Manager and assist in all the most important projects and events for the division.
• Prepare presentations, translations, and other documents.
• Organize visits, travels, and expense reports.
• Organize meetings with internal and external partners.
• Ensure effective communication plan and be the engagement officer for the CPD population! 
• Support and organize internal and external company events for CPD.
• Manage dedicated projects in cooperation with the Management Committee of CPD or a dedicated HR Business Partner. 
• Manage supply: internal orders of products, and office materials. 
• Manage other ad-hock situations.
