SUMMARY

The person in this position is responsible for maintaining the basic facilities operation of DONA. Providing technical support and problem-solving capabilities. In addition, engineering technicians are responsible for regular PPM & Ad-Hoc maintenance tracking, review & adjust the SOP & standard & coach ISS technician and analyzing data.

SCOPE OF JOB

Basic responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of all facilities, including equipment, utilities, and services. Monitor and oversee the activities of facility personnel to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular analysis of power and water operational loads to identify opportunities for energy conservation and efficiency improvements. Develop and implement energy management strategies, including energy-saving measures and sustainable solutions.
• Oversee the procurement, inventory, and distribution of spare parts for various equipment and facilities. Ensure timely availability of spare parts to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitor and oversee the maintenance, operation, and annual inspection of all equipment and facilities. Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Onsite management for the safe and compliant disposal of industrial waste. 
• Supporting Facility Manager implement plans to address design defects, equipment failures, and operational inefficiencies. Coordinate with engineering teams to implement improvements that enhance equipment performance and reliability.
• Execute engineering-related projects and modifications. Provide technical expertise and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
• Work closely with the EHS team to ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations. Assist in implementing safety measures and conducting safety audits to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
• Respond promptly to emergencies affecting facility operations. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure quick resolution and minimize downtime, ensuring the safety of personnel and assets.
• Assist the Facility Manager in the training of third-party personnel. Provide technical guidance and support to ensure they are properly trained and competent to perform their duties effectively.
• Assist in the completion of other facility operations and maintenance tasks assigned by the company. This may include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and addressing any other operational challenges that arise.
• Assist the Facility Manager in reviewing and revising facility-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and comply with industry standards and regulations. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure revised SOPs are implemented and followed. 
   
   

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Skills

• College degree at least
• Eight-year experience in campus facility technical service
• Electronic and electrical engineering principles and knowledge.
• Mechanical and equipment engineering principles and knowledge.

• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Proficient in electronic testing equipment and tools, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
• Proficient in mechanical and equipment repair skills, including replacement of parts, adjustment of parameters, etc.
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability, able to cooperate with other technical personnel and engineers to solve problems.
• Able to adapt to high-intensity work pressure, possess the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
